19 players and players representing the UAE in the Asian Fencing Championship
Kuwait on February 24 / WAM / The Emirates Fencing team will participate in the youth and youth under 17 and 20 years in the Asian Fencing Championship, held in Kuwait and opened its competitions yesterday with the participation of 780 players, and will continue until February 28.
The opening of the championship was attended by Eng. Sheikh Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, President of the Asian and Emirati federations for fencing, and heads of delegations of 25 countries participating in the championship, which is one of the most prominent continental competitions in fencing sport, where the participation of a group of the best players and players of Asia in the categories of cubs and juniors.
The UAE national team is chaired by Musa Al Balushi, Secretary -General of the Foundation for Fencing. Al -Saber “for children under 17 and 20 years, and for the girls under 20 years.
