"Ras Al Khaimah Real Estate" Launching a project "Sky" Residential on the island of comfort
Ras Al -Khaimah, February 26/ WAM/ Ras Al Khaimah Real Estate Company announced the launch of its new residential project “Sky” on Al -Raha Island, within the destination of the “port” overlooking the eldest coast of Ras Al Khaimah.
“Sky” is the second residential project launched by Ras Al Khaimah Real Estate Company in 2025, after the launch of “Mirasol” in January, which is an essential part of the ambitious development plan for the company of 5 billion dirhams.
Sky includes 272 housing units, ranging from studios and chalets, and apartments consisting of a room, two or three sleeping rooms, in addition to the luxurious Pentian units.
Ras Al Khaimah Real Estate Company indicated that sales start on March 11, with a plan of 70/70 payment for a limited period.
