المملكة: 10 million mg per day .. “National Water” reveals its plan in Ramadan

The National Water Company has completed its preparations for the blessed month of Ramadan for the year 1446 AH, as it has developed an integrated operating plan to ensure the provision of water continuously in all regions and cities of the Kingdom during the holy month, in order to keep pace with the increasing demand for water during this period.
The company announced that it intends to distribute about 10 million cubic meters of water per day in order to meet the needs of the people and visitors, and to ensure the availability of water supply in sufficient quantities.

Water provision guarantee

The company confirmed that it has prepared from an early age by setting an integrated operating plan for water management and distribution, which aims to ensure the continuity of providing the service with high efficiency.
The plan includes the processing of the manpower operating in the operating centers, as the field teams will work around the clock to ensure the provision of the service in the best possible way.

The company explained that its operational plan for the month of Ramadan for this year included the allocation of operating and maintenance teams equipped with the latest equipment and mechanisms, in order to respond to any emergency cases or technical breakdowns that may occur, which contributes to ensuring the stability of water supplies and the lack of any influential interruptions.

It also confirmed the readiness and contents of the “Shihab” packing stations in the various cities and governorates of the Kingdom, in order to ensure the ease of obtaining water for the beneficiaries.

In the context of strengthening the channels of communication with customers, the company confirmed that it provides several digital channels to receive customer requests and inquiries around the clock.
These channels include the application of national water on smartphones, the electronic branch (E.NWC.com.sa), in addition to the unified number (8004411110) for water services in all regions of the Kingdom.

Providing communications and requesting services

These channels allow beneficiaries to provide communications and request services electronically, which contributes to improving the speed of response and processing reports in a timely manner.

The company also clarified that there is direct and continuous coordination with the partners in the water system in the Kingdom, with the aim of organizing the distribution of desalinated water and ensuring the continuity of water supplies during the month of Ramadan, in order to achieve the highest levels of efficiency in providing the service.
The company confirmed its commitment to providing water in the quantities required for all beneficiaries, and working to face any challenges that may arise during the season to ensure customer satisfaction and the continuity of service without interruption.
