Ajman government depends on Friday 100% distance during Ramadan for all employees

Under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, Chairman of the Executive Council, the Ajman Human Resources Department approved the application of the system of work remotely on Friday by 100% for all employees of the local authorities in the emirate during the holy month of Ramadan, in conjunction with the year of society.
According to a circular issued by the department, the official working hours will be during the holy month of Ramadan from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am until 2:30 pm, and Friday from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm.
The circular stipulated that government agencies be granted flexibility in the application of the accredited remote work system in the Ajman government during the holy month and according to the specified controls, and by 100% on Friday, in a way that ensures the continuity of work and not affecting the provision of services to customers.
And the government agencies that operate the alternate system will determine the working hours in a manner that is appropriate to the nature of its work, provided that the duration of one alternate does not exceed five and a half hours per day.
The circular pointed to the possibility of applying the flexible work system during the holy month by a decision of the general manager on the government agency, while ensuring that employees are committed to the number of working hours specified, in addition to providing a sufficient number of employees in organizational units with direct contact with the dealers to ensure the continuity of providing services during the official working hours.
