Commenting on a publication of a user on the “X” platform, he says that the time has come for the United States to go out, Musk wrote: “I support.”

Earlier, US Republican Senator Mike Lee announced that the United Nations exit initiative and its funding had been submitted to the Senate. The initiative includes the complete exit of the United States from the United Nations and its associated organizations, which also means stopping its financing by Washington.

In addition, the initiative suggests canceling the agreement with the United Nations, which gives it the right to own an official headquarters in New York, and diplomatic immunity will withdraw from UN employees in the United States.

For his part, US President Donald Trump expressed more than once his dissatisfaction with the activities of “NATO”.

Before his election, he threatened to exit the United States from the alliance if European partner countries did not bear a greater financial responsibility.
