المملكة: For the first time in the Grand Mosque … the launch of the service of the hermit

The Public Authority for Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque launched for the first time the experimental operation to serve the decomposition of hermit inside the Sacred Mosque, during the holy month of Ramadan for the year 1446 AH.

This service comes within the framework of the committee’s continuous efforts to improve the quality of services provided to the guests of Rahman, by providing innovative solutions that enhance the ease of performing the rituals and improving the experience of pilgrims.

The new service enables pilgrims to decompose the hermit (hair cut) through five custom sites against the Marwa area, equipped with mobile vehicles that allow flexibility to move according to the intensity of the crowd.
The service is supervised by an experienced specialized team, using fully sterile tools, to ensure the service providing high efficiency while adhering to the highest quality and safety standards.

The authority continues to develop the system of services within the Two Holy Mosques, by developing quality services that contribute to facilitating the performance of the rituals, while adhering to the highest quality and efficiency standards, to achieve a distinguished experience for the guests of Rahman.
