Al Ain Youth Council organizes the Initiative of Humanities and Youth under the slogan "Societal values"

Al Ain, March 3 / WAM / Al Ain Youth Council organized yesterday evening in cooperation with Mohammed bin Zayed University for Humanities, the first session of the Humanities and Youth Initiative under the title “Youth and Community Values: A national message to build the future” in the house of Mohammed bin Khalifa in Al Ain, as part of the dialogue sessions of the initiative that extends throughout the holy month of Ramadan.
This initiative comes under the slogan “societal values” to focus on society values, enhance the national identity and the role of youth in building a more coherent society.
The session, which was moderated by Rashid Al -Balushi, a member of the Al Ain Youth Council, and with the participation of Professor Abdul Moein Al Mansouri, lecturer at Mohammed bin Zayed University for Humanities and Mr. Nasser Al -Darai, a community service officer, one of the cadres of Mohammed bin Zayed University for Humanities for the importance of youth experiences in promoting societal values and active participation in social development.
The speakers also reviewed in the session the importance of the role of humanities in consolidating societal awareness and youth initiatives in supporting social cohesion and enhancing relations between individuals and some youth experiences in societal fields, the challenges facing them in achieving a positive and sustainable impact, and the importance of supporting and qualifying young people to contribute to building a more harmonious future with Emirati values and traditions. The “Humanities and Youth Sciences” series continues during the blessed month of Ramadan with two additional sessions, discussing central topics that reflect the authentic Emirati values, while the second session will be held under the title “The legacy of Zayed”, which highlights the thought of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, “may God rest his soul” and its impact on forming the national identity, while the third session focuses on “family cohesion”, and the importance of the role of the family in building a strong and strong society.
This series comes within the framework of the continuous efforts to empower young people and promote them with societal values, and it is expected to continue to discuss various issues of concern to young people, and contribute to promoting dialogue and interaction between different segments of society.
