المملكة: Urgent – The Council of Ministers approves the geographical limits of ownership by non-Saudis
Today, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, chaired the Cabinet session in Jeddah.
The Council reviewed the content of the two telephone calls made by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, with His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and His Excellency the Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Mohammed Shahbaz Sharif. It also reviewed the content of the message that His Highness received it from the President of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov.
With regard to local matters, the Council of Ministers approved the executive regulations for the system of non-Saudi ownership of real estate, and also approved the geographical areas in which non-Saudis may own property.
