The General Authority for Care of the Two Holy Mosques provides an electronic service that provides care services for visitors and worshipers, with the aim of providing a safe and comfortable environment for them, and enabling their relatives to visit the Two Holy Mosques with ease and reassurance.
This service can be reserved electronically via the Absher application or the authority’s website as follows.

Steps to reserve the children’s hospitality center service in Al -Haramain

  • Click “Start the Service” to enter the electronic service.
  • Log in uniform access (human beings) or using the username and password. If you don’t have an account, register a “new visitor” and fill the required data.
  • Choose the service site (the Grand Mosque or the Prophet’s Mosque).
  • See policies and conditions, then click “Accept” if you agree.
  • Fill out the required information in the provisions accurately.
  • After completing the data, click “Save”, and the order will be successfully raised.

Conditions for serving the children’s hospitality center in the Two Holy Mosques

  • The child’s age should be between 3 to 6 years for the boys category, and up to 9 years for the girls ’category.
  • An identity, passport, or accommodation must be attached to both the father, mother and child upon registration.
  • Commitment to the entry and exit dates specified by the center.
  • It is forbidden to enter food and drink for children from the age of 3 years and over, except for special therapeutic cases or medical allergic cases.
  • The child should be healthy and healthy, and he does not have any health problems or disabilities.
  • It is forbidden to leave valuable things in the possession of the child, such as: jewelry, gold, electronic devices and others. In the event of a violation of this, the guardian bears full responsibility, and the center does not bear any responsibility for damaging or losing these purposes.
