The President of the State issues a federal decree appointing Faisal Saeed Obaid Al -Muhairi as Director General of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, issued a federal decree on the promotion of Faisal Saeed Obaid Al -Muhairi and his appointment as General Director of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources.

Faisal Al -Muhairi held a number of leadership positions in the field of human resources and the empowerment of talents and national cadres in a number of government agencies and private sector institutions, including the position of Executive Director of Central Operations in the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs, and the Director of Human Resources Management in the Office of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, in addition to the position of Executive Director of Job Development at the Emirates Communications Corporation.

He worked to develop institutional projects and programs in the field of human resources and institutional empowerment, and he holds a master’s degree in engineering systems and a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from the American University of Sharjah.
