The patrols of the General Administration of Mujahideen in the Jazan region arrested a citizen to transfer him in a vehicle led by (5) violators of the border security system of Yemeni nationality, and they were stopped and regular measures were taken against them, referring violators to the jurisdiction, and from transferring them to the Public Prosecution.
The spokesperson for the General Administration of Mujahideen confirmed that everyone who facilitates the entry of violators of the border security system to the Kingdom or transferred them inside or provides them with shelter or provides them with any assistance or service in any way, exposes himself to penalties up to imprisonment for a period of (15) years, a financial fine of one million riyals, and the confiscation of the transportation and housing used for accommodation, in addition to defaming it. He explained that this crime is one of the major crimes that lead to arrest, and the violation of honor and honesty.
