Hamdan Bin Mohammed Program for Governmental Services announces the candidates to win the “Raya Hamdan” 2024

The “Hamdan Bin Mohammed Program for Governmental Services”, affiliated with the General Secretariat of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, announced the list of government agencies that reached the final stage in its three prizes within the “Hamdan Bin Mohammed Government Services Program”, which is “Raya Hamdan”, “Best Pioneering Initiative”, and “Best Digital City Experience” after achieving the best results in developing customer experiences and upgrading the quality and efficiency of services with standards International according to the “360 Services” policy, which enhances Dubai’s global leadership in the field of creating services, experiences and government initiatives that constitute a role model.
She qualified for the final stage of the competition for the “Raya of Hamdan”, nine government agencies out of 27 competing entities, after achieving the highest results in implementing the 360 services policy that is based on providing proactive, smooth, integrated, customized and digital services, meeting the expectations and anticipation of customers, and enhancing government efficiency within the same government’s approach.
The list of government agencies included the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the Community Development Authority, the Roads and Transport Authority, the General Administration of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, the Dubai Municipality, the Dubai Police General Command, the Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai Customs, and the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Foundation.
Iman Al -Suwaidi, Director of the Evaluation and Studies Department at the General Secretariat of the Executive Council, stressed that the continuous keenness to enhance the leadership of services in Dubai starts from the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God bless him, and the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, with the sustainability of innovation and development Continuing to a global level model in providing proactive, integrated, dedicated and smooth experiences.
She said that the launch of His Highness the Crown Prince of Dubai, “Hamdan bin Mohammed Government Services Program” has created for more than a decade, a qualitative shift in designing and developing services and upgrading customer experiences and strengthening the Dubai site at the forefront of the leading cities in the field of international government services.
The eight initiatives cover vital and varied topics, and the “Plus Producers” initiative from Dubai Municipality, which enhances the safety of food and consumer products, includes dependence on artificial intelligence, the “smart travel” initiative from the General Administration of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, as an innovative solution for procedures and challenges such as waiting queues, and the “Drivers License” initiative from the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority, to facilitate the issuance of licenses Driving using technology, the “Digital Entry Document” initiative from Dubai Chamber, which is concerned with converting paper documents into digital documents, and the “electronic commerce across border” initiative from Dubai Customs, which is a digital platform for providing a safe and effective environment for international companies.
The initiatives also include the “Smart Housing” initiative from the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Foundation, which provides a smooth experience through proactive solutions, the “Dubai Empowerment” initiative from the Community Development Authority, and is concerned with enabling the targeted groups through training, employment and entrepreneurship, and the “Ease of Doing Business” initiative from the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai, by issuing the unified Dubai license.

The Hamdan bin Mohammed government services program supports its competitions and initiatives to achieve the targets of 360 services policy, foremost of which is 100% of the pre -emptive and automated services, 90% of integrated services, and 90% of the provision of services without a personal presence for customers.
