Ali Rashid Al -Nuaimi: The United States is an essential pillar in the global system
Abu Dhabi, March 7 / WAM / His Excellency Dr. Ali Rashid Al -Nuaimi, Chairman of the Hidaya Center, Chairman of the Defense, Interior and Foreign Affairs Committee of the Federal National Council, affirmed the pivotal role that the United States plays in shaping international diplomacy and resolving conflicts.
His Excellency Dr. Al -Nuaimi said in statements to Newsweek that the United States, as a global superpower, plays an important role and cannot be denied in shaping international diplomacy and resolving conflicts. It is the reality of the global system that no serious peace initiative can ignore.
He added that the current global system is based on the participation of strong countries, and the United States remains an essential pillar in this structure. Whether one agrees with its policies or not, its impact on global affairs is a firm fact – it must be recognized, respected and dealt with strategically.
His Excellency stressed the importance of taking into account “understanding the deep region of the roots of the conflict and the complications that constitute its path”, while recognizing the decisive impact of the United States.
He said: “Any sustainable peace plan must be based on this local experience, while admitting that without the participation of the United States, no initiative will be able to obtain the necessary momentum for success. Even the most tight regional plans will have difficulty achieving effectiveness without extensive international support. ”
