A lawsuit to prevent Elon Musk from accessing social security data
It aims to prevent the Ministry of Government efficiency, headed by Elon Musk, from accessing sensitive data for millions of Americans.

A request for emergency intervention late Friday was submitted before a federal court in the state of Maryland, by the Dimukrasi Foreord Legal Services Group against the Social Security Administration and its temporary commissioner Liland Dodik.
The unions seek to prevent the Ministry of competence from accessing the huge amount of personal data maintained by the agency.
The documents provided include a written statement from Tiffany Felk, a pre -high -level precedent official in the agency, in which she said that veteran government employees are trying to protect data from the Ministry of Efficiency.
She wrote in the legal documents: “The recklessness of our systems and our strict measures to protect privacy now threatens the security of the data kept by the Social Security Department for millions of Americans.”

Carian Jones, lawyer representing the trade unions and a group of retirees that filed the lawsuit, said that the nature of the arrival that the Ministry of Efficiency may enjoy to the personal data of taxpayers is not quite clear.
However, she indicated that the scope of potential access and lack of transparency in the goals of the Ministry of competence makes the potential impact of a huge.
She added: “What is happening mainly is that the Ministry of Efficiency storms the systems and imposes itself to obtain the data of millions of Americans without a clear explanation of the purpose of this. They cannot even determine the type of data they want.”
