Reopening part of Iranian airspace

Iran has partially reopened its airspace for international flights crossing its eastern regions, the Iranian Civil Aviation Authority announced.

Civil Aviation said that "Air corridors in the eastern part of Iranian airspace are open to international flights transiting Iran"adding that some airports also reopened at seven in the morning.

More than three hours after the announcement, flight tracking sites showed that Iranian airspace was empty of any international transit flights, while others resorted to long detours to avoid their airspace.

Continuing the blockade of ports

The American President stated said on Friday evening that he intends to continue blockading Iranian ports in the event that an agreement is not reached with Tehran, indicating that he may not extend the ceasefire beyond its expiration date on Wednesday.
