"Dubai Courts" It celebrates the community of society with initiatives that enhance solidarity and establish justice

Dubai, March 9/ WAM/ Dubai Courts launched more programs, services and initiatives that contribute to providing a legal environment that enhances societal ties and establishes the values ​​of cooperation, affiliation and shared responsibility, on the occasion of the community of society.

In this context, the Dubai courts sought the scope of its services through the “Dubai Now” platform to include the inclusion of the digital marriage service in a way that contributes to facilitating procedures, encouraging the demand for marriage, and enhancing integration with other government agencies.

While legal initiatives were launched with a new solution, such as the “Legal Class” program, which aims to educate individuals about their rights and duties, spreading legal culture, and strengthening the concept of preventive justice in an effort to achieve justice before the conflict occurs and reduce the need for asylum to the judiciary.

Since its launch, the program has received the participation of more than 60 judges, and in which more than 300 educational articles and videos were published, in addition to the presence of more than 5,000 community members with an average satisfaction rate of 98%.

Dubai courts are keen to enhance the stability of society and its solidarity by providing a legal environment that guarantees the protection of individuals, elevate awareness of the duties and rights of the parties to litigation, facilitate access to judicial services, and accelerate the pace of their completion. Dubai courts are working to enhance cooperation with strategic partners in the governmental and private sectors, as well as universities and colleges, in order to launch integrated legal initiatives that establish community confidence in the judicial system, in parallel with the provision of new and innovative legal services that keep pace with digital transformations and meet the highest quality and efficiency standards.

The Dubai Courts provides a package of integrated legal services through smart channels, which includes the file of the digital lawsuit, certificates and digital ratification and encourage community members to adopt the path of a friendly settlement to alleviate the burdens on customers, reduce the periods of litigation, and adopt flexible mechanisms to effectively resolve conflicts.

Dubai courts are working to spread legal awareness in society through many programs, including the “Happy Family” program, which aims to enhance family cohesion and social stability by providing specialized family consultations and awareness workshops.

In this context, the Trials Court accelerates the settlement of conflict disputes through flexible procedures, which contributes to resolving the differences between the heirs smoothly and ensures the achievement of family justice.

In this regard, the “Good Courts” initiative aims to help the fines and the financially defaulted by finding solutions to settle their debts in cooperation with charitable authorities and white hands.

The total contributions to this program since its launch in the year 2018 reached more than 142 million dirhams, with a reduction rate of 60% of the total value of claims.

Dubai Courts initiatives also include a “Choufa” package, which includes integrated services to facilitate judicial procedures for senior citizens and people of determination and minors to consolidate social integration and provide advanced services to achieve social justice.

Dubai Courts initiatives include the “Shore” program, which aims to provide free legal consultations for insolvent litigants through volunteer law offices, which contributes to spreading legal awareness and empowering community members.

The number of beneficiaries of the service in the period from 2012 to 2024 reached more than six thousand individuals, while the number of law firms cooperating with the Shura service since the launch of eighty attorneys, which contributed to the provision of more than 12 million dirhams to the dealers so far.
