Volker Turk: The killing of civilians in coastal areas in northwestern Syria must stop immediately

In a statement issued today, Sunday, Turk indicated that there are reports on executions of brief procedures on a sectarian basis by unidentified perpetrators, and by members of the security forces of the business draining authorities, as well as by elements linked to the previous government.
