This comes within the framework of the continuous efforts offered by the ministry emanating from the Kingdom’s lofty message in spreading moderation and moderation and directing the guests of Rahman according to the correct approach that the book and the purified Sunnah brought in order to achieve the aspirations and visions of the wise leadership.
And participates in the answer to the questions of the callers through the free phone (8002451000) elite advocates of the ministry and the collaborators, where they are chosen accurately and in full knowledge of the Umrah rituals according to the book and the Sunnah with the availability of translators in international languages, and their number exceeds 60 preachers and translators who speak in ten international languages, where the free phone receives calls around the clock throughout the thief month in addition to activating the automatic response service.

The free phone received calls from citizens and residents and guests of the Sacred House of God who submitted to perform Umrah and their questions related to the rituals of Umrah and the rulings of the month of Ramadan, Zakat and other acts of worship and transactions were answered, and the visual communication service has also been activated through the iPad devices that allow the guests of Rahman to ask their questions and answer them by the preachers within the framework of the ministry’s use of modern technical technology and benefit from them in the service of the guests of Rahman,
