The Real Estate Authority offered the draft procedural guide to selling and leasing through the “reconnaissance” platform.
This is with the aim of enabling the public, government agencies and the private sector to express their views and notes on them before approval.

Selling and renting real estate projects on the map

This comes in accordance with the second article of the executive regulations of the system of selling and leasing on the map, issued by the decision of the Board of Directors of the “Authority” No. (s/M/E/E/8/2024/T) dated 10/20/1445 AH.
She explained that the draft procedural guide for the sale and rental of real estate projects on the map includes fifty -five procedural documents.
It aims to organize the sale and rental activity on the map, and to raise the level of transparency and disclosure in order to ensure the protection of the rights of all parties to the contractual relationship.

Licensing issuance procedures

It also aims, through its implementation, to govern control and compliance business and automate all the procedures for issuing their licenses and the stages of its construction until its completion.
This is an extension of the real estate legislation system supervised by the authority and comes within the framework of the comprehensive strategy targets of the real estate sector.

The authority indicated that the procedural guide to selling and renting real estate projects on the map shows the real estate development trip on the map, starting with rehabilitation and registration of developers in the registration record and licensing projects.
