The “Health Spring” general assembly agrees to the integration of its “medical lights”
Naba Al -Health Company for Medical Services announced the results of the regular general assembly meeting (the first meeting), which was held on Monday.
The company said in a statement on Saudi Arabia’s circulation: The results of the voting on the association’s agenda included:
. Approval of the process of integrating Al -Anwar Medical Company, “a subsidiary and fully owned by the company” in Naba Al -Saeh Medical Services Company, as of the date of December 28, 2024 AD.
Delegate the Board of Directors of Naba Al -Saeh Medical Services Company in taking all financial and regular measures related to completing the integration process.
There is no change in the company’s capital before and after the merger.
