“Empower” signs an agreement to provide the “Palm Gate Way” project in Palm Jumeirah with regions cooling services

The Emirates Central Cool Code Corporation, EMPOR, has signed the largest provider of regions cooling services in the world an agreement to supply the “Palm Jet Way” project in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai with services for environmentally friendly regions with a production capacity of 9,470 tons of cooling.

This step comes within the framework of commitment to support Dubai’s development vision through the implementation of projects that depend on sustainable and effective solutions in energy consumption. The supply operations are expected to start in the second quarter of 2026.

The Palm Jet Way is a model for luxury and sophistication, as it consists of three interconnected residential towers characterized by a unique engineering design.

The project includes an integrated range of advanced facilities and services, including stores, luxury restaurants, shopping facilities, health care centers, fitness facilities, etc., making it one of the most vital and comfortable residential complexes in the Emirate of Dubai. The towers are also distinguished by their panoramic glass windows that provide stunning views of the Jumeirah palm trees, which enhances the housing experience with a charming view of the Jumeirah palm that reflects the beauty of the city.

More quality cooling services
