The Dubai International Arbitration Center has announced its achievement of advanced ranks in the GAR 100 Data report issued by (Global Arbitration Review “GAR), the most read and influential in the field of arbitration, where Dubai was ranked fifth as the most popular arbitration headquarters in terms of the number of issues, outperforming more than 405 arbitration headquarters and advanced on major global cities that have a long history in this The field like New York and Geneva.
The report also showed Dubai rating in the ninth globally as the most popular arbitration headquarters in terms of the value of the arbitration issues that were conducted in the city, bearing over more than 405 arbitration headquarters and advanced on international major cities such as Seoul and Frankfurt.
The report also referred to the classification of the Dubai International Arbitration Center in the tenth place as the most popular arbitration centers in terms of the number of issues, and the ninth place in terms of the value of the arbitration issues, beating over 315 arbitration centers in the world.
According to the classification, Dubai is the only seat of arbitration, and the only arbitration institution from the Middle East, Africa and South Asia among the top ten in the report.

Jihad Kazem indicated that the Dubai International Arbitration Center has managed more than 5,000 cases with a total value of more than 100 billion dirhams during three decades of service, as it provides a legal framework and reliable mechanisms to enforce the arbitration decisions, which attracts a wide range of complex and high -value disputes, and since 2022, the center has introduced updated arbitration rules, reshaped the arbitration court, and expanded its board of directors To further enhance its services, with the center’s commitment to resolving disputes according to the highest levels of efficiency and impartiality, to ensure fair results for all parties concerned.
