Revenue growth"Response Plus Holdings" By 13%, reaching 516 million dirhams in 2025

ABU DHABI, 27 MARCH / WAM / Response Plus Holding PJSC (ADX: RPM), a provider of pre-hospital care and emergency medical services in the region, announced its audited financial results for the period ending December 31, 2025.
The group’s revenues increased by 13% from 455 million dirhams in 2024 to 516 million dirhams by the end of December 31, 2025. Net profit during the period amounted to 49.96 million dirhams, while ownership rights increased to 245.8 million dirhams by the end of 2025.
Total assets amounted to 387.22 million dirhams on December 31, 2025, compared to 375.90 million dirhams at the end of 2024. Earnings per share reached 0.25 dirhams in 2025, which reflects the company’s commitment to creating value for shareholders.
The company said in a statement that the positive financial results and growth in 2025 reflect the strength of the geographical expansion strategy and diversification of services, as the company opened new offices in Oslo (Norway), Tabuk and Jeddah (Saudi Arabia), in addition to strengthening its presence in the Bahamas, Habshan, and Ras Al Khaimah. During the year, the company began supporting the establishment of emergency medical services infrastructure at Bahamas airports.
Omran Al-Khouri, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Response Plus Holding, said: “The company’s strong performance during the year 2025 reflects the effectiveness of our diversification strategy, whether in terms of geographical expansion or service growth. We have laid strong foundations for our expansion plans, and our positive results year after year confirm our position in the market for pre-hospital care and emergency medical services, which enhances our growth path globally. We have ambitious plans for 2026.”
For his part, Dr. Rohil Raghavan, CEO of the company, said: “The strong financial performance in 2025 reflects the flexibility of our strategy and the ability of our business model to expand. The company’s growth has been enhanced by integrating its specialized capabilities in world-class emergency medical services, training and consulting, in addition to diversifying revenue sources across several countries.”
He added: “We have a strong strategy for expansion and diversification in 2026, which includes launching new business sectors to enhance competitiveness, expand market presence, and provide advanced medical services in line with future requirements. We are also working to launch integrated air medical evacuation services and accompanying patients on commercial flights through a partnership with ICATT, which will support efficiency, productivity, and growth prospects.”
The company’s growth in 2025 witnessed several major achievements: Global expansion, as air emergency services were operated in the Bahamas, which confirms the company’s ability to expand outside the Middle East. And the launch of the air ambulance, where a memorandum of understanding was signed with Falcon Aviation to operate the first air ambulance service in the Emirates, which enhances the emergency infrastructure and global initiatives, as the company, in cooperation with the Burjeel Group, presented the “Humanitarian Energy for Health and Well-being” award worth one million dollars to the University of Stavanger in Norway in recognition of its innovations in supporting the physical and mental health of workers in the energy sector. As well as large-scale operations, during the 2025 Hajj season, the company deployed 350 medical personnel and 125 ambulances at Saudi railway stations. New sectors were also launched in medical risk management and specialized training for the defense and energy sectors.
Response Plus Holdings includes Response Plus Medical (RPM), which operates more than 420 clinics in the oil and gas and other industrial sectors, with a first-class client base in several countries including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Jordan, India, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and the Bahamas.
In addition to Prometheus, the group’s subsidiaries include OccuMed, Medical Manpower Supply and Health Tech Training Centre.
