Dubai Airports Foundation, the operator of Dubai International Airport, the largest in the world, won the extraordinary place of work for the year 2025 from the Gallub Foundation, in appreciation of its approach to promoting job harmony, as this award highlights institutions that provide work environments characterized by the highest levels of functional harmony in the world.

Dubai Airports confirmed that they continued to invent new ways to interact with their employees and develop their capabilities, which set new standards for excellence in the workplace, noting that they recorded 75% at the level of job harmony, which puts it among institutions that follow best practices according to Gallup, an achievement that is achieved only in institutions that consider job harmony an essential part of its work strategy.
