The border demarcation agreement between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan
He pointed to his aspirations in a sustainable construction process between the two countries, towards enhancing mutual trust, good -neighborly relations and a peaceful future for their people and the wider region.

Negotiations began to demarcate its borders in December 2002, with a length between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan about 980 km.
