المملكة: “Al -Balad Al -Amina Markaz” discusses the future of the real estate sector and promoting reliability

In the context of strengthening constructive dialogue and exchanging experiences, the “City Markaz Al -Balad Mark” forum hosted a dialogue evening under the title “The Future of the Real Estate and reliability sector”, with the participation of the CEO of the General Authority of the Real Estate, His Excellency Eng. Abdullah bin Saud Al Hammad.

During the evening, Al -Hammad reviewed the strategic vision of the Real Estate General Authority to develop the sector and enhance its reliability, noting the achievements that have been achieved and the challenges facing the sector, in addition to future development prospects.

Enabling national cadres

Al -Hammad dealt with the role of the Saudi Real Estate Institute in rehabilitating the national cadres, stressing that the institute seeks to train more than 300 thousand real estate cadres, with the aim of building a specialized generation that possesses the necessary skills to keep pace with the rapid developments in the real estate field.
He added that this initiative will contribute to enhancing the professionalism of real estate transactions, and making the market more attractive to investments, whether at the level of individuals or companies.

Real estate dispute solution

Al -Hammad also praised the directives of His Highness the Crown Prince – may God protect him – the need to find definitive solutions to real estate conflicts, stressing that the development of regulations and regulations contributed significantly to reducing these conflicts, expecting to decrease to their lowest levels during the coming period.

Real estate development in Makkah Al -Mukarramah

In the context of improving the urban environment, Al -Hammad reviewed the efforts of the authority to correct and improve real estate in Makkah Al -Mukarramah, where more than 50% of real estate was improved, in a move aimed at enhancing the quality of life and sustainable development, while emphasizing the continuation of work to reach 100%, not only in Makkah Al -Mukarramah, but in all cities of the Kingdom.

Enhancing the partnership between the public and private sectors

The evening was concluded with the participation of the participants on the importance of the continuation of such dialogue meetings, which contribute to building a more reliable real estate sector that is in line with the Kingdom’s ambitious vision of development and sustainability.

It is noteworthy that this evening comes within the series of the activities of the “Al -Balad Al -Balad Markaz” forum, which aims to discuss development and economic issues, with the participation of a group of decision makers and experts, to enhance the partnership between the public and private sectors.
