Appointment of a financial advisor for the integration process with “Saudi Care”

Salama Cooperative Insurance Company has appointed a financial business sustainability company as a financial consultant for the proposed integration process with the Saudi Cooperative Insurance Company.
The company announced on the Saudi Tadawul website on February 25, the signing of a non -binding memorandum of understanding with the Saudi Cooperative Insurance Company, to study the feasibility of the integration of the two companies.
The company noted the announcement of any future developments if available.
