المملكة: Financial sheet of no less than one million riyals .. Conditions for organizing equestrian sport for authentic Arabic horses
The Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture offered the controls and requirements for the establishment of equestrian sport of authentic Arab horses and its organization, through the “poll” platform with the aim of organizing equestrian sport, raising its quality, and maintaining the continuity of its residence.
Championships for holding tournaments
The Ministry has set a set of conditions for obtaining a permit to hold equestrian championships, which differ according to the nature of the tournament, whether local or international.
The general conditions include submitting the declaration request during the period from January 1 to June 1 of each year, with an initial plan that includes the site, designs, and available facilities.
The request must also be accompanied by a commercial registry for the legal authorities, and a certificate of financial solvency of at least one million riyals, in addition to proving experience or the ability to organize these activities.
The ministry also requires that there are no previous grave violations on the organizer, with a letter of authorization to the person authorized to sign, and to pay any financial obligations due for previous championships. After submitting the application, it is reviewed within a period not exceeding 30 working days to decide, either by approval or rejection.
As for the final approval, it requires the fulfillment of all the conditions for initial approval, and the provision of a detailed action plan for the tournament, in addition to adhering to the acuity dates of the event in accordance with the dates of the championships inside and outside the Kingdom. The Ministry is also entitled to cancel or amend any permit if it is found that incorrect data is submitted or not complied with all the requirements.
Conditions of international tournaments
In the event that the championship is international, a set of special criteria, such as setting flags of the participating countries in the tournament, and the operation of the national anthem of the winners.
Isolated stables must be provided for horses coming from outside the Kingdom, according to the standards of the international quarry of horse, to ensure their safety and compatibility with the required veterinary procedures.
The responsibilities of the organizer
The organizer is assumed by multiple responsibilities, starting to prepare the supply Mayads according to the standards of the “ICaho” organization, and to provide an appropriate warm -up square, as well as securing appropriate sites for rulers, committees, owners, as well as providing a major platform for the sponsor of the ceremony, hospitality and public health services.
The stables must also be equipped in line with safety standards, and the provision of a fully equipped ambulance with the presence of a human doctor beside the field throughout the tournament period.
As well as the responsibilities of the organizer, to prepare propaganda panels for various sponsors, and to provide a veterinarian who follows horse health from the moment they arrive until their departure.
In addition, industrial security personnel must be provided to conserve the system, and prevent the entry of the unauthorized to the warm -up arenas and the official area, as well as providing an accurate system to extract the results, and large displays to display them directly.
Financial and administrative obligations
Financial obligations of the regulator include covering all the expenses of travel and officials, including aviation tickets, visas, and internal transportation, while ensuring the provision of hotel accommodation of no less than five stars, in addition to carrying transportation costs to and from the airport, and from the residence headquarters to the championship site.
As for the steroids examination, the organizer is obligated to cover the costs of examination in the approved international laboratories, provided that the examination fees are transferred within one week of the end of the tournament.
The Ministry also imposes on the regulator to determine the financial prizes at least seven days before the tournament date, provided that the total value of the prizes is not less than 500 thousand riyals, distributed over the various participating categories. In the event that the prizes value exceed 5,000 euros, the regulator is obligated to pay 3% of it to the “ICaho” organization.
Paying prizes and rewards
Financial prizes must be distributed to the winners within a maximum period of two months of the end of the tournament, and they are not disbursed until after the issuance of the steroids examination.
The organizer also must pay a daily reward for the two officials worth 500 euros, in addition to 150 euros per day of travel, which is paid while honoring them in the championship field.
The organizer is required to check the participating horse data and ensure that it matches the conditions before printing the tournament catalog, with the ministry’s logo and the “ICaho” organization on the cover of the catalog. A full video version of the tournament must be prepared, and 10 copies of the catalog booklet must be delivered to the ministry.
The Ministry stresses the need for the organizers to adhere to all instructions issued by it, including the choice of championship music so that it is free from any noisy or racist signs. It is also prohibited to offend individuals, government agencies, or in any way, while adhering to the regulations and regulations in force in the Kingdom.
In the interest of the safety of the participants and the public, the regulator must take all security and safety measures, and provide a safe and stable environment that guarantees the success of the championship.
The Ministry has the right to choose the officials according to the rankings of the “ICaho” organization, and direct coordination with the organizers to choose the appropriate names for the major championships.
