“I don’t need to offer to the TV.” Egyptian director Mohamed Sami announces his retirement

The Egyptian director Mohamed Sami, through his official Facebook account, announced the retirement of TV drama, after a 15 -year business trip.
He said in a post on his account: “This decision was taken from a period, which is the retirement of the television directing, but I was finished with the obligations signed with companies and stars, and thank God I finished it and the last of which was 2025.”

He continued: “I do not need more, I can do the most able on TV, and I am afraid of the audience’s saturation from my style and from falling into the trap of repetition and the expected circle and boredom.”
Sami continued: “Every day, my great country, Egypt, looks forward to the makers of Geddad talented and intellectuals, and they can offer better than those before them, and we will prefer all the time by presenting Egyptian works around the Arab public.”
Sami concluded by saying: “I invite me to the next period, I have a travel outside Egypt for a period of two years, by learning in them a new need in its study, a need that I had learned for a long time and I have a lot of time to limit myself to myself, and I am afraid to miss the age before I do the need for myself.”
