The Emirates is participating in "The Emir of Kuwait International Shooting Championship"
Kuwait, March 24 / WAM / The Kuwaiti Shooting Union announced the completion of preparations for the establishment of the championship of His Highness Sheikh Mishaal Al -Ahmad Al -Jaber Al -Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait, the Great International Shooting, with the participation of 5 Gulf countries, the Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain from 11 to 20 April.
The championship includes several competitions for shots of weapons, which are (squitters) for men and women and (dust) for men and women.
His Excellency Eng. Duaij Khalaf Al -Otaibi, President of the Kuwaiti and Arab Federations, member of the International Shooting Federation, stressed the participation of other Arab countries such as Egypt, Morocco, and Lebanon, in addition to Italy and many world champions in European and Asian countries in the championship.
He explained in statements to the Emirates News Agency “WAM”, that the Emir of the State of Kuwait is supporting and attention, and witnesses advanced levels of the participating countries, in a way that enhances its strength and the sustainability of its success, and its role in confirming the growth witnessed by this Olympic game in the Arab world and Gulf, noting in cooperation with the various unions in the region in the programs that aim to develop.
Al -Otaibi indicated that the Arab Shooting Federation adopted the establishment of the Arab Championship in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, next April 22.
