Abu Dhabi Police contributes to promoting the culture of reading during "Innovation Gallery"
Abu Dhabi, March 25 / WAM / The Writers and Reading Committee of the General Command of Abu Dhabi Police participated in the “Innovation Gallery” event, which was organized by the Zayed Higher Foundation for people of determination to coincide with the month of reading 2025.
Participation included introducing visitors to the goals of the committee and its initiatives, such as the “Giving Your Book A New Life” initiative, which encourages the daily reading of the development of intellectual and cognitive capabilities and the initiative “Boussa .. We all read”, which allows the reader to benefit from various book summaries through the QR Code to display short videos, available in different places within the police centers.
The Abu Dhabi Police’s publications were also distributed with the aim of spreading a culture of reading and motivating reading and knowledge.
Major Ahmed Abdullah Al -Muhairi, Vice -Chairman of the Committee, explained that the event focused on the importance of reading and its role in increasing knowledge and stimulating purposeful thought, pointing to the role of reading in the development of societies.
He emphasized the interest of the Abu Dhabi Police annually in participating in the national reading month by enhancing reading skills for affiliates through the establishment of cultural events, forums and councils concerned with reading.
He pointed to the importance of cooperation with the Zayed Upper Foundation, and encouraging people of determination to their distinguished initiatives in the field of reading.
