The Food and Drug General Authority explained that Foeniculum Vulgare and anise (Pimpinella Anisum) carry health benefits that contribute to improving digestion and alleviating some annoying symptoms such as bloating and gases, while emphasizing the importance of adhering to the recommended doses and consulting the doctor before use. It indicated that the daily recommended dose of fennel It ranges between 4.5 and 7.5 grams, warning against its use in cases of pregnancy and lactation or in people with allergies, noting that the doctor should be consulted before using it by blood flow patients.

As for the anise, “food and medicine” explained that the appropriate dose is 5 grams per day, noting that it helps relieve symptoms of indigestion, but it may cause allergies in some people, and may conflict with diabetes or contraceptives.
