Russia declares the Ukrainian goals excluded from attacks during the armistice

Russia has announced the goals that agreed with the United States of America not to target it in Ukraine, according to an agreement reached between Moscow and Washington.
The Kremlin said in a statement on Tuesday, that Russia will not target any energy facilities in Ukraine during a 30 -day truce, noting that this includes oil refineries, pipelines, pumping stations, oil and gas storage facilities, power stations, sub -stations, nuclear power stations and electrical energy.
Moscow has confirmed that it has adhered to these restrictions since March 18, the day that US President Donald Trump and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin made a phone call.

Ukraine agrees to the partial truce

Ukraine also agreed to this partial truce, but stressed the need to agree on the date of implementation and monitoring mechanisms by all parties.
In the recent period, the Ukrainian attacks on Russian oil refineries have caused problems for Moscow.

The Kremlin statement indicated that the truce can be extended with mutual consent, but he warned that if a violation of the agreement occurs, the other party will have the right not to adhere to it after that.
