Washington proposed tripartite talks with Russia in Miami

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Saturday that the United States has proposed holding talks between the Ukrainian and Russian negotiating teams in Miami, where officials are meeting for a new round of talks aimed at ending the war.

“They proposed this format, as I understand it: Ukraine, America, Russia,” Zelensky explained, adding that the Europeans could be present, and that it would be “logical to hold a similar joint meeting… after we understand the possible outcomes of the meeting that has already taken place.”
