Some advertisers returned to “X” for fear of “revenge”, Musk

The “X” platform, which has stopped using many companies after Illon Musk’s acquisition in late 2022, is witnessing a return to advertisers in part to “fear” from the revenge of the rich and very close businessman Donald Trump, according to a report prepared by analysts.
The company, “ITRATER”, expects that the revenue from advertisements in X will increase, for the first time in 2021, by 17.5% in the United States and 16.5% around the world.
“Part of this growth is fueled by fear.”
She pointed out that a large number of advertisers consider that spending on “X” is an operational cost in order to alleviate the potential risks of legal or financial repercussions “if they do not buy advertising space via the social network.
Since Musk acquired the platform, it allowed publications that involve hatred or include misleading information under the banner of freedom of expression, which caused some companies that were concerned about the context in which their publications appear.
“It is too early to talk about a recovery,” Enberg said, noting that “the advertising activity of X remains less important in the year 2025 than it was in 2019,” adding, “Especially since fear is not a permanent motivation and the situation is still unstable, as the discontent of some users from a mask is increasing.”
She pointed out that “X” succeeded in attracting “a new base of advertisers, including small and medium -sized companies, which the platform was suffering with it in the past.
