Research study for"Trends" It discusses the role of artificial intelligence in resolving global conflicts

Abu Dhabi, March 28/ WAM/ The Trends Center for Research and Consulting issued a new study in English entitled “Diplomacy supported by artificial intelligence: the role of artificial intelligence in resolving global conflicts”, providing a comprehensive vision on how to use artificial intelligence to improve international negotiations and enhance peace opportunities, with a focus on moral and organizational considerations to ensure the responsibility of the responsible use of this advanced technology.

The study, prepared by researcher Nour Al Mazrouei, head of the artificial intelligence program at the Trends Center, is discussing how smart technologies have become an essential element in developing global diplomacy, as artificial intelligence has become an increasingly important role in data analysis, improving communication, and developing diplomatic strategies.

It also highlights the multiple benefits of this technology, especially in analyzing huge information quickly and accurately, improving simultaneous translation in international meetings, and supporting decision makers in dealing with international crises.

The study indicates that despite the many advantages, diplomatic backed by artificial intelligence faces various challenges, including the dangers of algorithm, and the difficulty of adapting to some diplomatic environments, and moral issues related to the use of technology in making sensitive decisions.

The study calls for the development of international legal and regulatory frameworks that guarantee the responsibility of this technology in the diplomatic arena, so that it is a tool for promoting peace and not to complicate conflicts.

The study shows that the future of diplomacy will witness a deeper integration of artificial intelligence in decision -making processes, with the need to preserve the role of the human element to ensure justice and transparency in resolving conflicts.

It also calls for intensifying research on the impact of artificial intelligence on international relations, and the need for countries to cooperate to create uniform standards to be effectively used in promoting global stability.
