No humanitarian aid to Gaza has entered more than 3 weeks ago

UNRWA Commissioner -General Philip Lazarini said that no humanitarian aid has entered Gaza for more than 3 weeks and is the longest period since the war began, adding that Gaza patients without medicine and parents cannot provide food for their children and hunger is increasing.


He added that the danger of diseases in the Gaza Strip waving on the horizon, and last week witnessed the killing of 8 agency employees in the Gaza Strip.

He emphasized that more than 140,000 people in Gaza were forced to flee due to Israeli evacuation orders.

He said that the siege must be ended and the Gaza crossings must be reopened to flow humanitarian aid and commercial supplies, and all the “hostages” must be released, the bombing and the renewal of the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip must be rejuvenated.
