المملكة: With 39.4 million m3 .. The success of the “National Water” plan in the Two Holy Mosques

The National Water Company announced the success of its operational and technical plan to provide water and its management for the Ramadan season for the year 1446 AH in the Two Holy Mosques in Makkah and Madinah.
It was distributed more than (39.4) million cubic meters, including (21.2) million cubic meters in Makkah Al -Mukarramah, and is met by (18.2) million cubic meters in Medina.

Water services in the Two Holy Mosques

The company explained that the success of its operational plan for the Ramadan 1446 AH season came after God’s success and the production of planning and preparation for this season from an early age.
This is with the aim of preserving the level of quality of services provided to the population, visitors and guests of Rahman.
It indicated that the hours of pumping water in the neighborhoods served with water networks amounted to 21 hours per day, and with constant pumping 24 hours to the Two Holy Mosques.

Providing strategic and operating storage

She explained that her operational plan included providing a strategic and operating storage with a capacity of more than (5.1) million cubic meters, including (2.6) million cubic meters in Makkah Al -Mukarramah and (2.48) million cubic meters in Medina.
This is in addition to the processing of the working manpower, operating and maintenance teams equipped with equipment and modern mechanisms to start all field works according to the highest standards.
In addition to preparing “Shihab” packing stations to ensure that water continues during the Ramadan season.

49.9 thousand water laboratory examinations

The company was keen to provide the finest services to visitors and pilgrims and ensure the quality of the water provided to them by continuously withdrawing samples, and analyzing them as a laboratory in Makkah and Madinah.
She pointed to the conduct of more than (49.9) thousand laboratory examinations, including (27) thousand in Makkah and (22.9) thousand laboratory examinations in Madinah, to ensure that they conform to the specific specifications and standards.
She emphasized that this success came with the concerted efforts, pre -preparation of the operational and strategic plans, and in continuation of what the rational leadership – may God protect it – and its constant keenness to provide the best services to the guests of Rahman from pilgrims and visitors, and providing all services and means that help them and enable them to perform their rituals and worship easily and reassures.
The company announced the distribution of more than 15.8 million cubic meters of water during the first ten holy month in Makkah and Madinah.
