"Dubai Marine Sports Club" He hosts competitions "Open water"
Dubai April 2/ WAM/ Dubai International Marine Sports Club announced the hosting of “Open Water” competitions within the Dubai International Water Games Championship 2025.
Dubai embraces the events and includes 5 water sports, which are diving, water ball, artistic swimming, open water, and swimming and continues until the 21st of this month.
Open water competitions will be held on Jumeirah Paith, near “Bulgari Resort”, Jumeirah Pay Island Bridge on Saturday and Sunday.
The competitions are witnessing 5 races for 200 distances, 400, 800 meters, 2.5 km, and 5 km, for various levels and groups, with the aim of providing the opportunity to participate for all and gain experience.
Mohamed Abdullah Hareb Al -Falahi, a member of the board of directors, confirmed that the club is mocking all its technical and logistical capabilities and expertise to make the competitions a success.
He explained that the club organized many international and regional events in cooperation and partnership with the Emirates Swimming Federation, and local bodies and departments in Dubai, and stressed its keenness to organize many open water swimming competitions.
