London April 10 / WAM / The Abu Dhabi Grand Slam tour for Jujitsu in the British capital, London, will start tomorrow for the Cooper Box Arena, with the participation of a group of the most prominent jujitsu stars in the world, as part of the agenda of the sports season of the Abu Dhabi Association for the Jujitsu Professional (AJP).
The London tour is the penultimate station of the Abu Dhabi Grand Slam series for this season, which concludes its activities in the Emirati capital, Abu Dhabi, next May, amid great anticipation of fans and professionals of the game around the world.
According to the approved program, the first day of the tournament will be allocated to the amateur category, while the professors and juniors categories will be held on the second day, with the tournament to be concluded with the professional category competitions on Sunday, where these battalions are expected to witness high technical levels that reflect the development of the game globally.
The heroism is witnessing a strong competition for the top of the association’s annual classification in various weights, as Omar Al -Suwaidi from the UAE leads the black belt category, 56 kg of professionals, in an achievement that translates the development of the level of Emirati players and their strong presence on the international scene.
In the rest of the weights, a number of Brazilian players continue to lead them to classifications, as Yuri Henrique tops a 62 kg, and Alemida is a 69 -kg, Jerson, 77 kg, and Yanderson Ferrera, 85 kg.
Nearly 50 players from the UAE, representing 9 academies, are Al -Jazeera, Al -Wasl, and Sharjah for martial defense sports, Adma, Al Ain, Beni Yas and Commando Group.
Among the participating names, a number of the distinguished stars of the game, such as the two brothers Omar, Muhammad Al -Suwaidi, Khaled Al -Shehhi, Muhammad Al -Amiri, and Sama Al -Kalbani, who are expected to provide strong levels.

He said that the London tour is one of the most important technical stations in the championship calendar, due to its wide strategic and mass location within the United Kingdom and Europe, and we have been keen to provide an integrated organizational experience that reflects the international status that the association has reached, and this tour also represents an ideal opportunity to determine the levels of the players before the closing station in Abu Dhabi.
