المملكة: Through their “future” … the availability of school performance reports for more than two million guardians

The Education and Training Commission, through the application of their “future”, provided reports of more than 22 thousand schools for more than two million guardians, to inform them of comprehensive information about the performance of their children’s schools, and to enhance their participation and role in the Kingdom’s school’s journey towards excellence.
Reports include the classification of public, private and international schools at all levels of study, according to the results of schools in the external school calendar, within the national program for evaluation, classification and school accreditation, which was launched by the authority in coordination with the Ministry of Education.

School performance report

The participation of the school’s performance report with parents aims to enhance the family’s role in the educational process, by providing accurate information, which facilitates the follow -up to the level of the performance of their children’s schools, support their learning and prepare for their future.
The report shows the level of the general school classification, and its classification in each of the sub -fields of school evaluation «school administration, education and learning, learning outcomes for students, and the school environment», and each school is classified at a level of four levels; It is the preparation, start, progress and excellence.

National tests

The report also contains the average performance of school students in national tests, “competing with the elementary and intermediate stages, and the average performance of school students in university admission tests“ public abilities and academic achievement ”for the secondary stage, which enhances transparency between schools and parents.
It contributes to the continuous development of the quality of education in the Kingdom, and improves the educational achievement of students, especially with regard to the basic skills in reading, science and mathematics, seeking to achieve the highest levels of quality, integrate national efforts between families, schools and concerned authorities, and achieving the shift towards school excellence in the Kingdom.

Exceptional numbers

It is noteworthy that the national program for evaluation, classification and school accreditation has achieved exceptional figures, by collecting accurate and comprehensive data, which amounted to more than one billion and seven hundred million data units, with the participation of more than ten million students, teacher and guardian.
More than a million and five hundred thousand students also participated in the tests of the measurement of educational performance, “Enforcement, General Capabilities, and Academic Access”, and completed more than 24 thousand schools, self -evaluation operations and represent 100% of the Kingdom’s schools.
While more than 23 thousand schools have completed external evaluation operations and represent 95% of the Kingdom’s schools, and the program is expected to end its second and final stage of this course after evaluating 100% of schools externally during the year 2025 AD.

Measurement of educational achievement

The authority called on all parents to download the application of their future available to all smart phone applications stores, and then log in to the application through unified national access, see the performance reports of schools, and benefit from its services that provide an exceptional experience to measure educational achievement for their children, and prepare them for the tests implemented by the authority.
This comes within the framework of contributing to the achievement of the targets of the Human Capacity Development Program; One of the Saudi Vision Vision 2030 programs, which made the citizen and develop his capabilities is one of its most important priorities.
