"World Council for tolerance" The structure of France welcomes the recognition of the Palestinian state

Abu Dhabi, April 11/ WAM/ His Excellency Ahmed bin Muhammad Al -Jarwan, Chairman of the World Council for Tolerance and Peace, welcomed the name of the Council, its members and all its partners, with the announcement of French President Emmanuel Macron’s intention to recognize the Palestinian state next June, stressing that it will be a “step in the right direction.”
Al -Jarwan said in a statement issued today, that France’s recognition of the State of Palestine enhances recognition of the rights of the Palestinian people and the achievement of a two -state solution according to the laws of international legitimacy, noting that the council supports this trend and urges the rest of the countries to harm it in order to bring in sustainable peace, and move from scenes of destruction and killing to a new stage of development and coexistence, away from the feeding of future generations of the two peoples with hate fuel and extremism.
He pointed to France’s pioneering and historical role in supporting global peace, stressing that this upcoming step reflects France’s commitment to strengthening justice and peace, and leading international and regional partnerships supporting stability in the world, as well as strengthening its position as a pivotal player in achieving balance and enhancing understanding between peoples.
Al -Jarwan emphasized that the World Council for Tolerance and Peace appreciates this French trend, and calls on the international community to take similar steps that contribute to promoting peace and achieving the aspirations of peoples towards justice, tolerance and peace.
