المملكة: The Kingdom condemns the closure of 6 UNRWA schools in East Jerusalem

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom’s condemnation of the strongest terms that Israel had issued against six schools affiliated with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) in East Jerusalem.
The kingdom’s categorical rejection of the Israeli occupation authorities continued its intransigence and systematic targeting of UNRWA and relief and humanitarian work, amid the silence of the international community.

Israeli violations

The Ministry called on the international community to assume its responsibilities towards the ongoing Israeli violations against the brotherly Palestinian people, stressing that the silence on these violations exacerbates the crisis and undermines the opportunities to achieve peace in the region.
