المملكة: Northern winds reduce heat … and fluctuating weather until Wednesday

The Kingdom is witnessing a volatile weather starting from tomorrow, Monday, to next Wednesday, which is a noticeable activity of the exciting surface winds of dust and dust in several regions, according to what the National Meteorological Center announced.

The weather analyst at the National Meteorological Center, Aqil Al -Aqil, told Al -Youm that the expected weather, God willing, includes an activity of the northwestern winds that excite dust from Monday, April 14 to Wednesday, April 16.
And put a fluctuating weather map during that period and includes areas: the northern borders, Al -Jawf, Tabuk, Hail, and Al -Qassim, with their effect later extending to the Riyadh and Eastern regions, as well as Najran, in addition to parts of the regions of Makkah Al -Mukarramah and Al -Madinah Al -Munawwarah, including their coasts.

Al -Aqeel indicated that these winds are caused by differences in temperature and air pressure, and are considered a major factor in raising dust on open areas, as well as expected to rise in the waves on the Red Sea coast, especially in Tabuk, Medina, and Makkah Al -Mukarramah.

Al -Aqil pointed out that this northwestern wind contributed during the past days to softening the atmosphere and low temperatures, especially in the eastern region, after last week it recorded high temperatures of 42 and 43 degrees Celsius in Dammam and Al -Ahsa.
He added: “The current winds helped – God willing – to return the atmosphere to their seasonal nature, as the temperatures in Sharqia decreased to record about 33 degrees Celsius, which are among the usual rates of this time of the year.”
