"Securities and commodities" It invites shareholders to receive their profits for the pre -March 2015 period

Abu Dhabi, April 14/ WAM/ The Securities and Commodities Authority called on all shareholders to quickly receive their profits for the pre -March 2015 period, through “Abu Dhabi First Bank” as a payment agent who provides service to the public, in the context of its keenness to protect the rights of shareholders in the companies listed in the financial markets in the country, and to ensure that they receive all their profit distributions due for that period.
According to a press release issued today, shareholders can submit their requests at any time through the “non -received profits” service available on the bank’s website and choose the “Banking Services for Investment Services – not received profits”, and the bank will study the application and transfer profits distributions to the shareholder during 10 working days of submitting the request to meet all the required documents and data.
Service shareholders must attach an Emirati identity image to citizens and residents, a passport image for non -citizens, and a certificate from the bank that shows the shareholder account number and i Ban “IBAN”, stock certificates, public assemblies invitations or any other documents proving the ownership of shares, if any.
According to the press statement, in the event of any complaints related to the service, the shareholders can send it to the bank via e -mail, where the bank will review the complaint and work to close it within 10 working days, and in the event that the complaint is delayed, the shareholder can refer it to the authority via email “sca_dc@sca.ae”, with the attachment of all documents related to the request and the first complaint submitted to Abu Dhabi Bank I.
The authority confirmed that it will continue its efforts to work to facilitate the shareholders’ access to all their unlawful dividends to meet their expectations, and in line with the aspirations of the rational government, which aims to improve the quality of government services to the highest levels of excellence.
