His Highness went on to say: “This is the law, and these conditions are seen by the recipient and signed by it before delivery, as this house is not given haphazardly; rather, it has specific conditions, and the government has the authority to withdraw the house, and its powers are the protection of the wife and the children from the oppression of the man if he asks himself to do so, so we put within the conditions that prevent any man from practicing injustice on the woman and children, so we made it a partner in this house so that the man is not able to take it out of it The word “housing” means stability and “tranquility” based on women.

His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah stated, a realistic story that took place on the issue of housing, saying: “We have already faced a situation for a woman who was expelled by her husband and her children from the house and divorced her and took the house, so she ordered the return of the woman and her children to the house, and the matter was implemented, and the house was pulled from the man based on the conditions he signed upon receiving the house, which he violated when he fell in his wife and his sons, and the presence of his wife, The man cleared his personal purposes, and then the police returned the woman and children to the house, and the man went to live in another place, because we were not reassured about the woman and the children with him, because he was taking medications that graduated from the state of intellectual balance, and then followed him to make sure of his conditions.
