"Verbond" Austrian captures a wind energy project affiliated with "Monson" Romanian

Vienna on April 14/ WAM/ The Austrian Energy Group “Verbond”, partly owned by the state, acquired a new wind power project with a capacity of 272 megawatts, from the Roman “Monson” group. The project is located in the active wind area in southwestern Romania on the Serbian border.

A company statement stated that the new station will generate about 569 GWh of clean electricity annually, equivalent to annual consumption of about 170 thousand medium families.
