Gulf wings are bright islands in Expo Osaka Japan

Osaka, April 15 / WAM / in colors derived from the sands of the desert and the beaches of the Gulf, and with ideas based on innovation, human and sustainability, the wings of the Gulf Cooperation Council states illuminate the “Expo 2025 Osaka-Kansai” spaces, as a bright island in the global exhibition map, to tell stories about transformation, renewal, and crossing the future with confidence.

In its various wings, the Gulf states open windows to their worlds, to share the visitors of Expo Osaka, the cultural heritage of the region, and to review their visions and innovations that took place through the ages with multiple senses, and Gulf wings also share the deep belief that man is the pillar of development and its axis and that the challenges create common and more prosperous opportunities.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s pavilion is one of the most prominent Expo 2025 Osaka stations, as it is the second largest wing after the host of the host state Japan, where the pavilion that comes under the slogan “Discover Saudi Arabia” embodies the ambitious vision of the kingdom in a review of its ancient legacy and its modern transformations within an overwhelming and harmonious experience that combines originality and renewal.

The pavilion extends over seven halls and interactive exhibitions that mix the concepts of time and space, dealing with urban transformations, innovations in health, energy and space, and highlights the global role of the Kingdom in multiple fields, and the pavilion is expected to host more than 700 activities throughout the Expo 2025 period.

At the heart of the Kuwait Pavilion, which is located in the “Empowerment of Life” area, the visitor lives a unique movement that starts from the future, through the present, to the past, where the wing allows visitors to interact with modern digital tools that give them full information about the various stages of the country’s development, whether in terms of heritage or future plans that are in line with Kuwait’s vision 2035.

Under the slogan “The Lighthouse of the Future”, the Kuwaiti wing displays Kuwaiti women’s women in the “Women’s Empowerment Department”, where its role in the fields of engineering, media, and science shows, and every corner of the story of Kuwaiti progress is narrated through the ability of women and youth to innovate and leadership, and the wing also embraces a space for children to provide interactive experiences that introduce them to the future of Kuwait in a fun and educational way.

And the Sultanate of Oman’s wing reveals amazing historical features embodied by an architectural design inspired by the Omani “Falaj”, in a symbolic reference to the three elements of life around which the wing is the waters, the land and the human being, where the design of the falaj was implemented in an interactive way that combines the natural light and the sound of water, to simulate a visual and auditory experience that moves the visitor to the heart of the Omani environment.

The wing that comes under the slogan “Sultanate of Oman- extended ties” also opens windows on tomorrow’s visions through audiovisual performances, as it includes two paintings with the techniques of augmented reality, where the first painting highlights the relationship between the earth, water and rain, while the other plate highlights the human interaction with the earth and water, and how the emergence of civilization and culture in Oman through these elements.

Under the slogan “The seas of the seas”, the Kingdom of Bahrain’s wing draws attention with its design inspired by traditional wooden ships, in a contemporary re -imagination of the rich kingdom history, where the pavilion was built entirely of wood, and offers an integrated sensual experience that depends on the five senses, on an interactive journey that embodies the past, present and the Bahraini future in an artistic and experimental style.

In its most prominent sections, the pavilion provides an opportunity for visitors to inhale the smell of the Bahraini Sea from the innovative curtains that were made in cooperation with the researcher Cecil Toulos specialized in aromatic chemistry, as this smell is characterized by its own salinity, which reflects the sea environment in the country, and the same section also includes unique bottles containing innovative crystal granules that represent the original smell of the most prominent materials that Bahrain exported through time such as oil, Pearls, aluminum, money and other materials, which can be sensed by inhaling these models.

In the Pavilion of the State of Qatar, visitors begin a journey that takes them through two main parts of the sea and land reflecting the areas of innovation and sustainable development, as the pavilion reflects the state’s heritage and achievements in urbanization, economy, and the environment, as innovative projects aimed at improving the quality of life around the world are highlighted.

The “Empowerment of Life” region is the ideal place to display these human and developmental values, which makes the Qatari wing a live testimony on the state’s capabilities in promoting the quality of life, as it carries in its essence a humanitarian and development message that highlights the values ​​it adopts.
