The Red Sea International Company has announced the launch of the “first” island of “the first” residential island within the “Red Sea” destination, providing a luxurious lifestyle experience on the islands in the Kingdom.
The island of “Light” represented the first residential project to be revealed after the completion of the first phase from the “Red Sea” destination, which received its first guests in 2023 AD, and witnessed the opening of 5 resorts.
The construction of 11 additional resorts is being built on the island of “Shura”, as well as operating the “Red Red Sea” airport with regular internal and international flights.

“Light” Island

It is scheduled to open the island of “L And” in 2028 to be the first project in the destination that focuses on owning housing units, and enhances the experience with exceptional hospitality facilities and services.
The island of “L And” is located in an archipelago of 92 virgin islands on the western coast of the Kingdom, surrounded by one of the largest corals in the world, which is home to more than 2000 species of rare and unique fish.

It extends over an area of ​​400 hectares (4,000,000 square meters) and is inspired by its design from the harmony of the surrounding nature of the earth, the sea, the sky and local plants, and offers a variety of entertainment facilities and vital activities that meet the needs of residents and visitors alike.

The largest destination in the world

The “Red Sea International” was committed to planting 50 million Managerv trees, and improving the quality of their habitats, as well as protecting and renovating the reefs of the Red Sea and the related naval environmental systems.
Upon completion of the “Red Sea” destination, the largest destination in the world will be 100%working with renewable electricity, including all its facilities and resorts, including a “later” island.

It is expected that all of the 16 resorts of the first stage resorts will be operated during 2025, and by 2030, the “Red Sea” destination will include 50 resorts that provide up to 8,000 hotel rooms, and more than 1,000 housing units distributed on 22 islands and 6 internal sites, and the “Red Sea” airport will be the main gateway for residents and visitors.
