Majid Al Shamsi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Diwa” and Saeed Al -Tayer as a deputy

The Board of Directors of the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority – Diwa, approved the appointment of Majid Hamad Al Shamsi as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and the appointment of Saeed Mohammed Al -Tayer as Vice Chairman of the Council.

“Dua” said in a statement that the council appointed Saeed Muhammad Al -Sharad as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Board of Directors, and the following members include their names: Issa Muhammad Khalifa Ghanem Al -Mutai’i and Muhammad Juma Al -Suwaidi.

Hilal Khalfan bin Zahir was also appointed Chairman of the Environmental, Social and Institutional Governance Committee, nominations and rewards of the Board of Directors, and the following members include their names: Hamad Mubarak Muhammad Bouamim, and Moza Shaban Suwaidan.

She added that Marwan Ahmed Ali bin Ghalita Al -Muhairi was appointed Chairman of the Budget Committee of the Board of Directors, and the following members include their names: Saeed Mubarak Khalfash Kharbash Al -Marri, and Rashid Ali Ahmed bin Abboud Al Falasi. Ahmed Talaat was appointed as the secretary of the Board of Directors.
